Meridia Appraisal Group is committed to continuing education and staying current with market trends and analytical techniques for appraisal practitioners. As market cycles and economies fluctuate, an appraiser must have the ability to understand and interpret market trends. Moreover, as the appraisal industry continues to evolve, in large part due to technological advances, appraisers must continue to educate themselves.
In an effort to continue this commitment to professional education, Mr. Brehm recently completed his final CCIM class required for designation this past week in Austin, Texas. The class was instructed by Barbara Crane, CCIM and Richard Fulton, CCIM and focused on user decision analysis. In the appraisal industry, our analysis of valuation often does not consider the underlying motivations of individual users in the space market. However, some of these actions including sale-leasebacks, cost of occupancy decisions, and financial reporting requirements can have a substantial impact on valuations.
Mr. Brehm will sit for the CCIM comprehensive examination in October in Los Angeles, California. His dedication to commercial real estate and professional education will continue to guide Meridia Appraisal Group into the future ensuring continued client satisfaction.
