What happens when there are issues with an appraisal report?  Inevitably, an issue or problem will arise and how these issues are addressed is an important part of overall client satisfaction.  Appraisal errors can hold up the review process and delay closings.  Moreover, a late appraisal can be just as bad as an error filled report.  Meridia Appraisal Group aims to mitigate these problems with an extensive quality control program and open communication with the client.

Quality control is often overlooked in the appraisal industry, but it is one of the biggest factors in achieving a high level of client satisfaction.  Meridia Appraisal Group strives to provide high quality appraisal reports free of grammatical, typographical, mathematical, and analytical errors.  This is accomplished through a rigorous review process; whereby, a minimum of two MAI designated appraisers proofread and sign every report.

We are committed to responding within 24 hours to any report comments or corrections.  Meridia Appraisal Group is also committed to open communication with the client throughout the assignment.  From the time of engagement until the reports are completed and delivered, progress reports and status updates are provided to the client as often as necessary.  This communication results in a product the client needs with no surprises or lengthy reviews.

Finally, our client satisfaction survey is provided at the completion of each assignment.  The survey allows clients to offer valuable feedback and suggestions.  This feedback is monitored and analyzed to ensure client needs are being met.
